PERSONAL TRAINING
On the first session we will be doing a posture assessment in order to identify muscle groups that we have to stretch and train more. Also, we will go through some basic exercises so I can understand and analyze your fitness level. Based on these findings and your goals, I will be designing your workout program and stretching routine.
Each session is 1 hour long.
There is no need to have a membership or pay any fee to Dwell Gym for our training sessions. You’ll just be paying our PT session.
