Those who already do any of my Online Coaching Programs can buy single PT Sessions at C$ 75,00 + tax per session without having the need to buy packages. You can buy one session at a time and choose which workout from your program you want to do with me at the gym. You can book a session through whatsapp

Every 4 weeks you will receive a comparative report containing your info and pictures in order to visualize and track your progress.

Program renewal must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the current program’s expiration date. This gives me the necessary time and attention it takes to create  your new personalized program.

Besides the biweekly reports, we will stay in touch through WhatsApp so you can ask your questions as we go. See work hours for texting below:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm

I would recommend a workout frequency of at least 3x a week. However, it’s important to determine a frequency that is realistic to you. All programs are individually tailored and I will adapt and design a program that is realistic to you.

Not at all. I work with anyone from a beginner to advanced level. You just need to be willing to learn and work.

Besides an exercise playlist that I’ll be sharing with you, you can also film yourself doing the last set of the exercise and send it to me so I can analyze your form and give you feedback and make the adjustments if needed.

No. Once your program is delivered to you, the weeks start counting. Online coaching programs cannot be paused or refunded.

It depends on what equipment you have available. However, I strongly recommend that you have a gym membership as we will more options and machines / equipment variety.

If a condo/home gym is your only option, I will ask you to film and take pictures of what you have available and send it to me so I can determine if we can initiate a program.

Besides filling out a detailed anamnese (Questionnaire), I will also need the following:

  • Wearing a swimming suit, take pictures from the front, side and back view in a location with good lighting. Please make sure that I can see you from head to toe. The camera must be pointing to the center of your body (belly button). Make sure that the camera is not pointing upwards or downwards.
  • Videos for your posture assessment. I will send a few demo videos to you. I ask that you film yourself doing the same movements, from the same angle, and send them to me. (Not required for Nutrition Programs only)
  • Payment

As a rule, I need all of the above listed items prior to the Thursday leading up to the start of your program.

Eg. Let’s say that you want to start your program on a Monday, January 5. You would need to send me all items listed before Thursday, January 1.

Your program will be sent to you on a Saturday so that you have enough time to do groceries, meal plan and organize yourself to officially start on Monday.I will send a few demo videos to you. I ask that you film yourself doing the same movements, from the same angle, and send them to me.

Not at all. My main goal is to make you a meal plan with food that you’re used to, so that adhering to the diet will be much easier. This will certainly help you with your long term goals. However, it’s necessary to weigh your food so we know for a fact how many calories you’re having per day, we can make adjustments accordingly. 

You will have 1 cheat meal a week so you can enjoy your favourite meal. Balance is everything After All!
